2. Management Processes
In order for a project to flow smoothly the project needs to work through a series of frameworks or processes. These process are similar through an entire line managing projects.  They deal with the:
Initiation of a Project, by which the manager and parties acknowledge the project and that everyone is committed to do so.
Planning the project, by which the project scope is defined and actions are set in place for the project to begin.
Execution of the Project, by which the staff and resources are informed of the plan to be executed.
Project Control, dealing with making sure the project meets all the primary objectives.
Closure, deals with ensure the specifications have been met and all loose ends are finalized.
