Deals with ensuring team members are supported in ensuring they are effective and efficient.  Here we perform organizational planning, staff hiring and team development.
4.3 Communications
Deals with sharing of information in a timely, effective and efficient manor.  There areas focus on communications planning, information distributing and performance reporting.
4.4 Risk
Deals and recognizing problems and reacting to these risks accordingly.  Here there is risk management planning, risk identification, analysis, response planning with monitoring and control.
4.5 Procurement
Deals with procuring any and all things outside of the organization.  This deals with soliciting planning, source selection, procurement planning, contract administration and contact closure.
