Observation Interviews Summary of Interviews Sample Data Prototype
The methods used in studying customer service system are observation of the existing systems, looking into the sample data, interviewing with people who are already using the existing systems and people who are going to use new customer service system. A prototype is developed for the management to have a look and feel of the system. All these are done by our expert team members who are dedicated to deliver quality systems within a budget and on time.
