This section will discuss a brief and focused description of the overall proposal, highlighting the major themes, our project team, our strengths, our track record, and the solution for the proposed engagement of consultation from Young-Young.

We offer the ability to provide effective Project Management to offer a complete solution which will meet your requirements and exceed your expectations as to the development and production capacity, as well as provide means of achieving major cost savings by using Feasibility Analysis, Cost Control Methods, and establishing strict time-lines for each phase of the project.
The design will be based on hybrid-modular approach, which provides a means of modeling each phase, utilizing both Object- Oriented programming, as well as a ‘hand-on’ approach to allow your end users and upper management to experience the system as it progresses.

Young-Young’s treasures had hoped that the newly added Customer Service Systems would have eliminated the need for separate order data entry on the current Financial System. Come to find out, the customer information needed for the new system is all stored on the Financial System which is not compatible in any means to the new Customer Service System. My team has been presented with three options to solve this problem. After carefully considering all possible options, we have determined that Option 1 will be the best value to Young- Young. The three options have been noted below for reference purposes. An explanation to the decision has been broken down into four sections; technical, economical, operational, and scheduling.
